Our clinic is designed to be a crucial support system for families as they transition from the hospital to home. We provide specialised medical oversight and monitoring for a range of neonatal concerns, including:
- Growth and development monitoring for all infants, with a particular focus on premature, low birth weight, and late preterm babies.
- Assessment of complex medical needs and coordination of care with other paediatric specialists.
- Long-term follow-up for infants with a history of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) admission, as well as those who did not require a NICU stay.
- Guidance and support for parents regarding newborn health, milestones, and early childhood well-being.
